 Responsibilities:

• Proactively build, maintain, & increase distribution of insurance products in your market
• Track and report daily calls, appointments, & closed business
• Full time sales executives run between 10-15 sales appointments per week
• Must maintain high level of customer service with existing clients
• Place high priority on self-development through the SFG education system

 As an agency manager, in addition to the above:

• Hire, train, mentor, & support new sales executives
• Create & expand new markets for distribution
• Identify & develop new agency managers within your organization
• Maintain SFG's high standards throughout your own organization

 Requirements:

• Must possess or have the ability & willingness to obtain your life, accident, & health insurance license (We can assist in this process)
• Must have reliable transportation, cell phone, & laptop computer
• Must possess strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and associates
• Proven track record of exceeding expectations & goals
• Goal oriented with a passion to work hard to deliver results while maintaining a positive attitude
