Responsibilities:
- Proactively build, maintain, & increase distribution of insurance products in your market
- Track and report daily calls, appointments, & closed business
- Full time sales executives run between 10-15 sales appointments per week
- Must maintain high level of customer service with existing clients
- Place high priority on self-development through the SFG education system
As an agency manager, in addition to the above:
- Hire, train, mentor, & support new sales executives
- Create & expand new markets for distribution
- Identify & develop new agency managers within your organization
- Maintain SFG's high standards throughout your own organization
Requirements:
- Must possess or have the ability & willingness to obtain your life, accident, & health insurance license (We can assist in this process)
- Must have reliable transportation, cell phone, & laptop computer
- Must possess strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and associates
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations & goals
- Goal oriented with a passion to work hard to deliver results while maintaining a positive attitude
