BeanSoupTimes.com goals include informing, inspiring, uplifting and empowering. We seek to constantly give good news to our community. Throughout mainstream and social media, Black women’s power, courage, faith, dignity, and pride are not showcased as often as it could be.
Today, we desire to show Black women as they are: caring mothers and wives, visionary entrepreneurs and committed community activists full of creativity, strength, courage, and intelligence.
We want to show the character of Black women revealing the reasons why they survived man's greatest inhumanity to man--400 years of chattel slavery and sharecropping, why ancient Black men honored them posting them right beside them in statues and photos reflecting that we are twin halves of the same essence.
Black men see our sisters trying to put all that African in European jeans. We know you got behind and there are plenty of sites (online and off) where that is shown, but at Bean Soup Times, we want to see your mind!
That’s why we love to showcase reasons why Black women must be honored, respected and protected.
